  • monthly, weekly and bank payrolls
  • gross-to-net administration – paying employees accurately and on time
  • reimbursement of all travel, subsistence and expense claims
  • Payroll reconciliation – monthly and annual reconciliation of all payrolls
  • management information – improved data at your fingertips via a full suite of reports and dashboard
  • Payroll checks and controls:
  • data collection – ability to interface electronic timesheet information
  • service optimisation – ongoing service management developing service excellence
  • HR transactional work including: starters, leavers, contractual and personal changes, and absence recording year-end production of: P60, P11d and P35

Payroll Service Desk
We operate a Payroll Service Desk with a dedicated team for all employee pay enquiries. Its core opening hours are from 8am to 5pm and it is complemented by a 24-hours a day email facility. We provide management information on call volumes and a dedicated client manager who will schedule regular service reviews that focus on performance against the SLA and future service enhancements.
