The NHS SBS Pensions team supports and maintains on-line records on the NHS Business Services Authority (BSA) system. We also have dedicated teams dealing with estimates, refunds, added benefits, retirement benefits and employee queries.

 

The Pensions service provides:
  • Close liaison with the NHS Pensions Agency
  • Timely provision of estimates to NHS employers
  • Provision of estimates to members of the Pension Scheme data and record maintenance
  • Pension workshops, training and ongoing support.
