Learn more about us

Proud members of the NHS family and market leaders in our field, we provide finance and accounting, digital, procurement, workforce, and bespoke support to more than half the NHS in England.

Established in 2004 by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) in a unique partnership with digital experts Sopra Steria, our services increase efficiency and quality, save money, and make life easier for NHS employees and suppliers, enabling better patient care.

Our unique joint venture means we reinvest a high percentage of revenue back into our services, allowing us to make significant capital investments at scale and at our own risk. Put simply, we invest so our clients don’t have to.

Our Team

With almost two decades of delivery experience and service development, our digital-first solutions harness automation and AI to drive financial efficiency, standardisation and improved service quality across NHS departments and systems at levels unachievable for organisations working alone.

We are inspired to continually develop new digital solutions and automation technologies that deliver faster and more accurate ways of working, alongside an enhanced, more intuitive user experience.

We are also committed to being a force for good – acting responsibly and sustainably at organisational, team and individual level, reducing our own, and our customers’ environmental footprints and delivering sustainable social impact.

The Future of Corporate Services

We’re transforming our current multiple delivery pathways into one intelligent, interconnected ecosystem that meets the ever-changing needs of the NHS in the digital world.

Offering a seamless experience with a single sign-on, our modular solutions will enable NHS organisations and suppliers to access the services they need, when they need them.

Whether that’s compliantly requisitioning goods via a consumer-style marketplace, paying employees and suppliers or tendering for a multi-million pound project, the support you need will be available to draw down on demand, via a single frictionless portal.
