What steps have you taken so far to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on the F&A Service?

Our business continuity plans have been invoked. We have enabled home working for a large number of employees to focus on delivering critical services and prevent disruption. 
Full home working for UK staff should be completed by 30/03/2020.

Around 40% of staff in Pune are home enabled and this will be increased when the India restriction on movement is lifted (currently expcted for mid April).
