Will you still be able to provide an F&A Service if you suffer high levels of staff absence or office closures?

Our F&A Service is provided from three different sites across the UK and two locations in India. If the need arises, well-established plans are in place to enable the transfer of work to alternative locations and to reassign employees as necessary. We have also enabled high-levels of home working as outlined above. Such measures are already in place after our Pune and Noida sites in India were temporarily closed. This was at the request of the Indian government in response to increased cases of COVID-19 in the area.

Additional staff from our corporate functions have also been brought in to support Service Delivery.
