If it becomes impossible to deliver all F&A services as normal how will you prioritise?

If we reach a position where it is impossible to maintain the delivery of services as normal, then skills and resource will be diverted to business critical activity that is in line with client needs (i.e. Scanning, Payments - including cash - and distribution of orders) and assisting the NHS to transfer cash around the system. We are working closely with NHSE and NHSI to ensure we are aligned to the key national priorities.
