If F&A employees have to work from home will you still be able to scan invoices?

We currently scan invoices at our site in Tingley, Leeds. If staff are unable to work onsite we would ask clients to instead send invoices via Tradeshift (E-Invoicing) or a PDF copy to our urgent scanning email address which can be found here (Extranet). If we are required to close our Leeds office, we would request clients only send urgent invoices for processing. Another way to make payments would be via a Ready To Pay (RTP) file upload into Oracle. This method would require the relevant governance to be in place to minimise any risks.
