Where will invoices need to be sent if your office sites are required to close?

In the event that all our F&A employees were required to work from home we would also anticipate a much reduced Royal Mail service. If Royal Mail was operating as normal we would securely store invoices until F&A employees can return to site. We would recommend that clients do not divert invoices to their individual sites, but instead request that suppliers send urgent invoices to our urgent scanning email address which can be found here (Extranet). Suppliers should also be encouraged to use Tradeshift where possible.
