What steps have you already taken to mitigate the impact of COVID-19?
PHBChoices is a Software As A Service (SAAS) solution, configured with multiple 'instances' for resilience, hosted in the cloud across a number or datacentres; as such we do not anticipate any impact to the availability and functionality of PHBChoices.
All staff working as part of the PHBChoices team are fully enabled to work from home and continue to operate on a "business as usual" basis.
The PHBChoices Support Desk remains fully available to answer all PHB Holder's/Proxies' enquiries relating to the functionality of PHBChoices.
PHBPayroll continues to be available. However, we are experiencing an above average volume of calls and emails resulting in slightly longer response times. We are prioritising time critical and urgent correspondence but we will continue to reply to all correspondence at the earliest opportunity.
