Understanding Your Agenda for Change (AfC) Payslip - Suitable for newer employees to the NHS, this webinar is designed to give you an overview on how to read your NHS Agenda for Change T&Cs payslip, understand the difference in payments and deductions you might see and how to find key information.
How to raise a payroll and pensions query through the NHS SBS Portal - This webinar is designed to give you an overview of how to use the NHS Shared Business Services client portal to find key information on payroll and pension queries. The webinar will demonstrate how to log a case with NHS SBS if you have a specific query that the portal can't answer, as well as show you how to track any cases raised and add comments.
