Which webinar should I attend?

All NHS new starters would benefit from booking onto these two webinars:

Understanding Your Agenda for Change (AfC) Payslip - Suitable for newer employees to the NHS, this webinar is designed to give you an overview on how to read your NHS Agenda for Change T&Cs payslip, understand the difference in payments and deductions you might see and how to find key information.

How to raise a payroll and pensions query through the NHS SBS Portal - This webinar is designed to give you an overview of how to use the NHS Shared Business Services client portal to find key information on payroll and pension queries. The webinar will demonstrate how to log a case with NHS SBS if you have a specific query that the portal can't answer, as well as show you how to track any cases raised and add comments.

"I found the tax webinar very interesting and informative. It was set at a good pace and was very easy to understand with presentation slides that showed good examples of what was being discussed. The presenter did a very good job of explaining, timed well, with the slides being presented."

The scenarios were really good as you could see how the process worked in different situations.  I am really pleased that there we are able to have the presentation as I think it would be a very helpful quick guide.

Thank you for coming up with the idea of doing the webinars."

I have found this really helpful and am especially looking forward to the pay slip one. It is a brilliant idea as it demystify things and answers questions you feel you should already know and so don't like to ask."
