Quality Checking: What checks are done to ensure the quality of work?

We have several checks in place to ensure that we deliver an excellent output.

All interim and reconciliation packs are reviewed each month until proficiency has been attained and review is no longer required. The packs then become part of any standard checks that are undertaken as part of normal service. With a regular monitoring in place, we assess the requirements for further quality checks and action them as appropriate.

All final reconciliation packs are reviewed for a minimum of six months for all new starters. Once the required quality level is achieved this is replaced with a random check that is in place as standard.
