Training: What are the estimated timeframes around completed training for new starters?

All training is completed by our Training and Operational Support Leads, and it remains our primary focus during the transition period.

Standard training takes approximately three months and once completed a buddy is assigned. Once the standard quality criteria is met more in depth technical knowledge is shared. Regular assessments are undertaken to proactively support our newly recruited staff and to ensure that they are productive asap.

We are confident that with the training programme we have in place the team will get to its full capacity and potential within the planned timescales, by the end of December the latest.

In addition, to drive excellence and advanced knowledge sharing, we have bi-monthly training sessions delivered to the whole team on specific topics.
