Quality Checking: Is there any impact to standard working?
Our dedicated operational leads are working on ensuring that the quality of work is sustained during the training and on-boarding phase. We have now a fully trained and dedicated resource who ensures that the service delivery introduces very little disruption to Business as usual (BAU).
We remain focused on working to our service level agreement date of the 25th of each month regarding delivery of VAT Returns. However, currently it may take the VAT team longer than 48 or 72 hours to respond to queries or amendments.
We are working very hard to reduce the response time with expectation that by Q1 2022 is the latest we will resume BAU.
