Quality Checking: What checks are done to ensure the quality of work

Quality checking is embedded in our processes. Work is reviewed on a regular basis, allowing any issues to be resolved and feedback to the Training and Operation Support Leads. This is used as lessons learnt for future and ongoing team support.
