Training: What are the estimated timeframes around completed training for new starters?
We pride ourselves in a high-quality and dynamic training approach allowing our new starters to become effective within eight weeks. We have dedicated teams who support the new starters and monitor their learning progress daily.
We have experienced some challenges with the recruitment of staff during the current climate and this has caused some delays bringing new employees onboard in. Because of this you may observe some delays in processing outside of what might normally be expected over the coming weeks whilst training and processes are embedded.
Targeted quality workshops were held within the verification team last month to focus on freight and purchase order number errors. We have already seen improvements following this and a further quality workshop is scheduled this month to focus on exception handling.
