30th November 2018 - 29th November 2022

What does it cover?
The first truly comprehensive framework in this area; the range of options provided will help the NHS and wider public sector meet whatever needs that they have in this area. All of the major suppliers across the market are represented as well as niche specialists, allowing a great degree of choice and the possibility to procure their services in a fully OJEU compliant manner, leading to savings in both time and cost.
The Car Park Design, Build and Finance (DBF) and Car Park Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) Lots were procured as part of our framework agreement on Car Park Management and Infrastructure.

LOT 1: Car Park Design, Build and Finance (DBF)
Design and build of a Car park, with the addition to access finance if needed. Suppliers can provide the Contracting Authority with a complete DBF Solution, with the additional option where agreed by both Contracting Authority and Supplier to Maintain/Operate the Car Park.
LOT 2: Car Park Design, Build, Finance and Operation (DBFO)
The supplier, typically under a Concession type agreement, often lasting 25+ years, will provide the Contracting Authority with a complete DBFO Solution, with the additional option where agreed by both Contracting Authority and Supplier to provide FM and Maintenance.
