When does it start?
Expires on the latest 29 February 2020 (replacement to be awarded by 31/12/2019)

Who can take advantage?
All NHS SBS Core and Associate Members. This includes any Public Sector Organisation across the UK.


What does it cover?
To provide Estate, Facilities and Capital teams a compliant route to market for the provision of Facilities Management Services from a wide range of specialisms, utilising both SME and national providers, to deliver either a single service, bundled service or provide a one-stop shop for a wide range of services.

• Window cleaning internal / external

Why should I use it?
A detailed procurement exercise has taken place to ensure that suppliers selected are appropriate in terms of meeting all legislative requirements and therefore no formal tendering is required, saving valuable time & money in the procurement process.
The procurement offers a one stop shop solution for certain service areas whereby trusts can directly call off from the agreement.
Opportunity to run a mini-competition off the back of the framework agreement, in order to meet the bespoke requirements of each trust and drive down pricing.
The agreement gives freedom and flexibility for all participating authorities to choose the suppliers they wish within the remit of the agreement.
All prices are fixed for minimum of 2 years.
The appointed suppliers will be able to bring forward new products and services throughout the life of the agreement.
