When does it start?
13th December 2016 - 12th December 2018 (with
the option to extend for a further 2 years until 12th
December 2020).


Who can take advantage?
All NHS Members & Associate Members

 

What does it cover?
This framework is split into four separate Lots
which enables Trusts to procure from a number of
SME's and specialised suppliers. The Lots included
under this agreement are:
• Ward Equipment - includes dressing
trolleys, medical records trolleys,
infusion stands, privacy screens, drugs
cabinets etc.
• Bedside Equipment - includes bedside
lockers, wardrobes, over-bed tables,
patient chairs etc.
• Non-Medical Theatre Equipment -
includes bowl stands, kick stools,
operating platforms, mayo tables etc.
• Shelving & Racking - HTM71 storage,
roller racking, stainless steel wire
racking, suture storage etc.

Why should I use it?
• OJEU COMPLIANT
A detailed procurement exercise has taken
place to ensure that suppliers selected are
appropriate in terms of meeting all
legislative requirements and therefore no
formal tendering is required, saving valuable
time in the procurement process
• VOLUME DISCOUNTS
With selected suppliers, Trusts will be able to
achieve further discounts based on volume
quantities. Please see pricing for more

• FIXED PRICING
All pricing is fixed for a minimum of two
years and the framework offers a one stop
shop solution for all non-medical ward,
bedside and theatre products
• CALL OFF ABILITY
Trusts have the ability to directly call off a
supplier from their desired lot, saving trusts
time and resources in running their own
tender processes.
