Our customer self-service portal is now live!
We're pleased to announce the release of our 'online customer self-service portal and contact management system'. The new portal - initially launched to our Employment Services clients, provides more ways to contact us; using the new tool customers can quickly log queries and track progress from start to finish. Also, users now also have access to a lot of tailored information, in our 'Knowledge Base', which will be helpful in finding answers to common questions. Anyone who calls our contact centre will experience a more personalised response too; our contact management tool will ensure we have access to the right information at the right time.
This year we made a commitment to transform our customer experience, as a result we launched our Customer Service Improvement (CSI) programme, a multi-million pound investment to further improve the consistency and quality of service for our clients and their employees. Our online self-service portal is part of the wider CSI programme which will see us deliver a more tailored service and establish a robust platform to further develop this in the future.
