David Morris  Welcome to the latest edition of our client newsletter, bringing you developments and news about how we're working hard to keep your back office systems running efficiently and smoothly.

We firmly believe in offering NHS organisations and our partners a range of services and products to suit their individual, unique needs. As such, we're offering an extended range of services to complement the ones we already provide. This includes things like recruitment consultancy; chip and PIN technology and more. I'm pleased to say we will be continually expanding this portfolio, and we would like to hear from you if you have any suggestions for future products and services.

Reflecting our continued commitment to make our extensive range of framework agreements accessible to the NHS and wider public sector, we have removed all charges making all our frameworks free to access. This move will give NHS and public sector organisations increased buying power and release valuable cost savings to be reinvested in those areas where funds are most needed.

Year End was an extremely busy time for operational staff at NHS SBS and our partners - which is no surprise. Our teams worked hard to meet the needs of our clients and this joint working resulted in everything going without any hitches and ultimately, some very positive feedback.

In our quest to constantly give the very best service we can, we make it a priority to listen to the feedback you give us and, where possible, act on this to change the way we deliver our products and services. For some time now, we have felt your frustrations about the way we prepare General Ledger Reconciliation packs. We are now implementing a number of changes and piloting the 'new look' solution with clients - so an opportunity to influence change here.

On a slight aside, earlier this month, I was privileged to visit all our UK offices and, along with senior colleagues, share our business priorities, reflect on successes and present some of our latest initiatives to our staff. Our teams are experts at representing the voice of our clients and partners and we appreciate the important part each and every one of them plays in delivering our pledge to the NHS. So these meetings are really are invaluable and important.
