CSH Surrey joins Employment Services
CSH Surrey, the award winning community healthcare provider, joins the growing list of clients for our Payroll provision in Employment Services. The five-year contract is expected to go live from 01 April 2017. The contract was awarded under the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership (SSOTP) framework, which allows clients to buy our services without the need to go through a formal tendering process, saving time and money. Through the contract, Employment Services will pay over 1500 employees per month including 300 weekly temporary and agency workers.
Over the last three-years our 70 consolidated framework agreements have saved our clients over £40 million. These frameworks, all fully compliant with UK and EU procurement legislation, enable NHS organisations and other public sector bodies, to buy goods and services in a way that saves time and money.
Our Sustainability and Transformation Team have strategically partnered with one of the most prominent national STPs to help them respond to the challenge set by NHS England under the introduction of the new Sustainability and Transformation Plans to restore and maintain financial balance and support the delivery of productivity savings through back office rationalisation.
Our new workforce consultancy service has supported a number of NHS hospitals to establish their weekly payroll service, reducing the requirement for agency staff freeing up monies and resources to spend on in-house resource.
