Streamlined invoice handling

Client invoices are now processed more swiftly and efficiently than ever before, thanks to new automated systems which reduce handling times and allow clients to track invoices more easily.

As well as ensuring all invoices - particularly urgent ones - are dealt with more quickly, the automation also means that:

  • Over 9000 kilograms of paper a year will be saved, contributing to the NHS paperless agenda
  • Auto-validation of invoices based on processing rules reduces the risk of manual entry errors
  • The handling of illegible transaction has improved, resulting in fewer invoices being returned to suppliers
  • All invoices scanned are visible, allowing a complete audit trail

 

We are now testing new functionality to track invoices throughout the system and will keep clients updated on when testing is complete and this functionality will be implemented.
