Have you attended a User Forum yet?
Did you know that we run regular user forums to help shape our services and future plans? Read on for more information and how you can get involved.
Our user forums have changed a lot in the past five years. Originally focused on simply providing an update on the services we provide, they're now very much a collaboration with our clients to shape our current position and future focus.
They now consist of days filled with discussion, problem solving, idea sharing and horizon scanning. One of the most well-received innovations has been the inclusion of recorded verbal interviews, with the guest 'star' dialling in on the day to answer questions from the audience. The feedback we receive from attendees confirms that we're on the right track; we're keen to improve, we listen to our customers, and real progress has been achieved. This is reflected in the number of attendees, which has nearly doubled in the past two years.
It is through relationships and engagement with our clients that we're able to make technological advances that benefit our customers. Through the forums we're able to extend offers for piloting solutions and embed a true partnership approach to service development.
At our most recent forums, held in June, we asked our clients, as usual, what they would like to see done differently in future. The responses were remarkably consistent. You want more information, more opportunities to share ideas between each other, and more opportunity to network.
We'll certainly make sure that feedback is acted on for our next forums, to be held in November in Leeds, London and Bristol. We're just developing the agenda, so if you would like to contribute any suggestions or requests, or would like more information about any aspect of the user forums, please do email us.
