F&A Provider User Forums
In an effort to encourage two-way dialogue with our clients, we hold F&A client user forums throughout the year. The last user forums we held were in June, and took place in London, Leeds and Bristol.
At the forums, clients provide feedback on a number of topics. One of the topics we discussed in June was SBS Debt Management, and the feedback received from clients was around the effectiveness of the debt management process.
Based on the feedback we have been trialling an improved Management Information (MI) pack with 5 clients, which was presented to the attendees of the user forums making sure that it was fit for purpose. We will be rolling the MI pack out to all users over the coming months, and this is all due to the constructive feedback we received from clients.
In addition to the above we also discussed revisions to the Chart of Accounts and how NHS SBS can support statutory reporting, as agreed we will be contacting client organisations to arrange workshops within the next few weeks to engage on requirements.
Our next forums will be taking place in November for providers only, and are a valuable tool for our F&A provider clients to share thoughts and suggestions with us:

Tuesday 29 November - Leeds
