Framework Agreement Description
The framework for workforce and wellbeing services has been built to deliver a high quality multi-disciplinary occupational health and wellbeing services to the NHS and public organisations. This framework includes a full range of core services to manage sickness and absence management, plus an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which provides health and wellbeing information to staff and employees. The workforce and wellbeing services framework also includes a lot for optical services and offers SEQOHS (Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service) accredited service.

Public Sector, including Local Authorities, NHS Organisations, educational institutions, the emergency services and others.

What are the benefits of using the framework?
• COST SAVINGS
Delivering cost savings through a reduction in staff absence levels, to tackle the estimates from Public Health England, which put the cost to the NHS of staff absence due to poor health at £2.4bn a year - accounting for around £1 in every £40 of the total budget.
• CHOICE OF SUPPLIERS
A broad choice of suppliers some of which are able to supply to all regions/sub regions.
• PROACTIVE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES
To manage sickness absence and support staff to remain in work and/or return to work promptly.
• EMPLOYEE AWARENESS
Raises employee awareness of the value of occupational health and wellbeing activity to motivate employees to participate and take responsibility for managing their own health.
• COMPLIANCE
A fully OJEU-compliant route to purchase services.
