Coming Soon - Intelligent Automation Framework Agreement
We have had a lot of interest in our upcoming Intelligent Automation framework which is currently in the latter stages of our procurement activity. We expect to be awarding framework agreements in late November 2021 with the framework becoming available for use shortly afterwards.
We will provide any further updates here, but if you would like to request any specific information on the framework then please complete and submit the form below.
The framework is structured with 4 Lots:
• Lot 1 Intelligent Automation Services*
This Lot will provide access to expertise and specialised support from Intelligent Automation service providers in setting up and implementing in-house automation services, with the end goal being to transfer day-to-day running of automated services back to the customer organisation.
• Lot 2.a Intelligent Automation Software & Licensing*
This Lot enables customers to procure 'off the shelf' Intelligent Automation software and licensing direct from software vendors. It is designed for customer organisations who are either building or already have their own established in-house Intelligent Automation function.
• Lot 2.b Add-on Software & Licensing to Intelligent Automation
Under this Lot, customers can procure add-on software, licenses and solutions which interoperate within an Intelligent Automation ecosystem along with any associated professional support services.
• Lot 3 Intelligent Automation as a Service (IAaaS)*
Our research in designing this framework showed that customer organisations, for varying reasons want the flexibility to be able to appoint partners on a managed service, effectively outsourced basis. This Lot will make Intelligent Automation more accessible to customer organisations by allowing them to procure on an entirely outcome based/service consumption based, fixed price-per-process operating and commercial subscription model.
*The framework's main focus is Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and it is an evaluated mandatory requirement and therefore condition of award for Lots 1, 2.a and 3 that all suppliers must be able to provide RPA as a minimum.
