Understanding your needs

To enable your users to access the goods and services that they require, the Operational Procurement team covers: eCommerce, purchase order processing service; catalogue management; transactional processing of requisitions in line with Standing Financial Instructions (SFIs); sourcing of local requirements; end user support and advice; and order transmission to supplier.

Our experience

We deal with 1,200 suppliers, covering over two million catalogue items, which sees approximately £5 billion transacted annually. We also offer Official Journal of the European Community (OJEU) compliant strategic contacts and currently provide over 100  framework agreements to the NHS and public sector.

Maximising resource

We process over £16 billion annually and transact over 800 requisition lines per day on behalf of our clients. Catalogue automation currently stands at 70%, eliminating costly, time-consuming manual tasks to give supply management professionals the tools and enhanced visibility needed to make better procurement decisions.
