Every year on behalf of the NHS, among other things, we manage £225bn in cash, recover over £20bn of debt and almost £800m of VAT, and process over six and a half million accounts payable transactions. We provide services to around two thirds of all NHS organisations including NHSE. This operational scale allows us to attain, and pass on to our partners, levels of efficiency, cost-effectiveness and operational resilience that are unachievable for individual NHS systems.

We are a safe pair of hands; but the NHS never stands still and nor do we. Our technological expertise and commitment to continuous reinvestment, made possible by our joint venture partnership with Sopra Steria, drives a programme of constant service evolution and new service development, co-produced with our clients and underpinned by emerging digital and automation technologies.
