We specialise in translating NHS buyer needs into practical, effective framework agreements that support healthcare and procurement teams. Co‑created with NHS buyers, they reflect real‑world demand and are designed to meet future requirements and support patient needs.

In 2025 alone, our framework agreements delivered over £424 million in savings to the NHS.

Close collaboration with suppliers enables us to create fit‑for‑purpose framework agreements that are market‑ready, featuring products and services that are relevant and capable of meeting NHS requirements.

Our framework agreements are actively managed, free to access and provide a compliant route to market in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Provider Selection Regime and the Procurement Act 2023.

Whether you’re addressing capacity issues, embracing digital technologies, focussing on the objectives of the 10-Year Health Plan for England, or improving your facilities and estates, we can help.

Accredited Framework Host

NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is an Accredited Framework Host through the NHS England Framework Accreditation Scheme. The NHS Standard Contract requires frameworks used within the NHS to be endorsed or to be provided by an Accredited Framework Host (where category endorsement has not taken place). Details of endorsed sub categories, including NHS SBS accredited frameworks can be found at NHS England  System guidance for the implementation of framework host management.

Further competition and direct award

We have experienced procurement professionals who can undertake further competitions on your behalf, running the end-to-end process for both individual and multiple provider organisations.
