Apprenticeships offer a valuable pathway and the opportunity to address skill shortages, optimise funding, and ensure a steady influx of well-trained professionals within the NHS and wider public sector. Hiring an apprentice is a productive and effective way to grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. For the apprentice, they will be taught all the required and up-to-date skills needed to learn to be successful in their chosen industry.
Our Apprenticeship Training Services Framework Agreement includes providers who provide apprenticeships and traineeships. It supports employers to effectively utilise their apprenticeship levy, which was introduced in 2017 and is paid by all employers who have an annual pay bill of £3 million or over.
Please note, when Apprenticeship Training Services expires on the 22 June 2025, this framework agreement will not be renewed. If you wish to use this framework agreement before it expires, or need any further information, please do reach out to us.
