NHS trusts in England each spend an average of £1.2 million on external consultancy per year. With increased scrutiny on consultancy spend within the public sector and faced with constant change and increasing demand, it is now more important than ever to get it right whilst demonstrating value for money.
By leveraging consultancy skills, public sector bodies can optimise their resources, operations and enhance service delivery. The Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health Framework Agreement has been created to support the unique needs of the public sector with a particular focus on healthcare. Our framework agreement encompasses 10 consultancy specialisms, the Integrated Care (lot 2) and Disease Outbreaks – Endemics, Epidemics and Pandemics (lot 8) address the specific needs of the NHS. Social value, sustainability, and carbon neutrality (lot 9) is intended to support the NHS and wider public sector bodies in achieving a carbon net zero target by 2040.
