Framework Expired – Hard FM3 Launching 20 October 2026
The Hard Facilities Management 2 (Hard FM2) Framework Agreement (SBS10166) expired on 11 October 2026 and is no longer available for new call-off contracts. Its replacement, the Hard Facilities Management 3 (Hard FM3) Framework Agreement, is scheduled to launch on 20 October 2026.
