The delivery plan for tackling the Covid-19 backlog of elective care aims to support patients to get the treatment they need by offering more appointments, quicker diagnosis and improved choice of where they can receive  treatment.

Reporting Services: Teleradiology is well placed to support the reduction of the backlog in elective recovery. The framework agreement supports the current and future needs of NHS radiology reporting by supporting on-site and off-site reporting, offering faster turnaround times for medical imaging screening, enabling early diagnosis and improved patient pathways. The service includes the provision of teleradiology 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Suppliers under the framework agreement can aid in reducing reliance on overnight shifts within teleradiology, helping reduce stresses placed on departments, safeguarding clinician wellbeing and improving patient care.

It enables you to access innovative technology within teleradiology, offering expedited diagnostic via the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) and certified radiologists.

We also work with the Royal College of Radiologists to ensure the framework agreement, and it’s awarded suppliers, adhere to the latest certification and accreditation requirements.
