The move to Integrated Care Systems gives the NHS a once in a generation opportunity to streamline, standardise and level up systems and processes across its corporate functions, enabling them to better support the delivery of the national health agenda and deliver greater value for the NHS and for patients.
The latest NHSE&I guidance requires organisations to undertake a diagnostic process to establish the scale of this opportunity, and to develop an at-pace implementation plan.
