The Hard Facilities Management 2 (Hard FM2) Framework Agreement (SBS10166) expired on 11 October 2026 and is no longer available for new call-off contracts. Its replacement, the Hard Facilities Management 3 (Hard FM3) Framework (SBS10524), customers will have access on 26th October.
