Uplifted 4005 employee posts from band 2 to 3 in ESR, calculated arrears back to April 2024 and created payment information identifying the amounts to be offset and repaid over 6-month instalment period

Bulk miscellaneous field updates

Added internal address in the Miscellaneous field in the assignment screen for 989 Bank workers and double-checked correct completion ensuring zero errors

Historic payment error review and resolution

Reviewed and provided solution to historic payment errors/enquiries. Supported with retrospective pay calculations that spanned multiple pay periods and delivered required adjustments to HMRC

Payroll evidence for external body

Collated and delivered specific records, including payslips, Real Time Information and P60s, for 366 individuals across the previous 6-month period

Pension year-end updates

Processed 400 year-end updates in Pensions Online. Pensions team then made amendments to Pensions Online and dealt with any CRM queries relating to changes

Bank workforce data rationalisation

Terminated 274 Bank Only employee records and 554 Bank assignments within one day
