In our latest case study, Carbon3, a supplier on our Decarbonisation of Estates Framework Agreement, delivered a major solar PV programme across seven operational hospital sites for Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust, working within tight funding deadlines and complex clinical environments.

the project required careful planning, rapid mobilisation and close collaboration to ensure installations could be completed safely while maintaining uninterrupted healthcare services.

From detailed surveys and structural assessments through to installation and commissioning, this project demonstrates how public sector organisations can accelerate their decarbonisation ambitions through effective procurement and delivery partnerships.
