NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) has again been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ featuring among the super large organisations top 50. Great Place To Work® reviewed the organisation’s culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from employees.

The data insights were used to benchmark NHS SBS’s employee value proposition against the culture staff actually experience.

Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.

This latest listing follows on from NHS SBS also being named one of the best super-large workplaces in the UK, ranking at number 28, and as the only NHS organisation to be certified as a Great Place to work.

More recently, the organisation also scooped the award for ‘Best Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative’ at the UK Company Culture Awards for demonstrating a “deeply integrated commitment to sustainability, employee engagement and community impact”.

Sarah Bryan, HR Director at NHS SBS said:

“We’re proud to be recognised as an organisation that goes above and beyond to support our people’s mental, physical, financial, and social health.

“Being included on this exclusive list affirms our ongoing commitment to building an outstanding employee experience and fostering a culture that drives business success, improves lives, and contributes to a better society.”
