Public sector organisations are under increasing pressure to modernise services, improve productivity, strengthen cyber resilience and embrace emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT).
But ageing infrastructure, legacy systems and fragmented digital estates can prevent organisations from unlocking the full value of these innovations. This is where our Digital Workplace Solutions 2 (DWS2) Framework Agreement can help.
DWS2 provides a compliant route to procure the technology, software, services and expertise needed to modernise infrastructure, strengthen resilience and accelerate digital transformation.
In addition, if you are exploring AI-powered services, intelligent automation, smart devices and connected technologies, having the right technology foundations in place is critical. By providing access to the infrastructure, connectivity and security capabilities needed to support AI and IoT adoption, this framework agreement helps organisations improve decision-making, automate processes, enhance service delivery and increase operational efficiency.
