Our annual survey is instrumental in giving our employees a voice, helping us better understand their experience of working here and their relationship with their managers, their colleagues, and their work. It helps us measure our progress and the effectiveness of the actions we’ve taken, and to identify areas for improvement so we can keep building a great place to work, together.
