Framework Agreement Description
The Design, Furniture and Appliances Framework Agreement provides soft facilities management services from a carefully selected range of qualified suppliers. This framework has a wide scope; from office furniture and redesign, to bedside equipment, white goods, smart vending solutions and water coolers. The framework agreement accommodates single use, a bundled service or a one stop shop. The framework also offers consultancy services, and service and maintenance.

The framework agreement is free to access for all UK Public Sector Bodies
What does the framework agreement cover?
The framework agreement covers a wide range of specialisms over 21 lots, utilising both SME and national providers, to deliver either a single service, bundled service or provide a one stop shop for a wide range of services:
LOT 1 - Workplace Consultancy Services
LOT 2 - Interior Fit Out for Office, Retail and Front of house
LOT 3 - Office and Residential Furniture varying from budget ranges to bespoke furniture requirements
LOT 4 - Bariatric Furniture
LOT 5 - Bedside Equipment e.g. bedside cabinets, wardrobes
LOT 6 - Storage Solutions e.g. shelving, racking
LOT 7 - Challenging Environment Furniture e.g. Dementia specific items such as clocks
LOT 8 - Anti-Ligature/anti-vandal Products and Accessories e.g. locks, handles and window fittings
LOT 9 - Ward Equipment e.g. trolleys, drugs & medicine storage
Lot 10 - Non-Medical Theatre Equipment
LOT 11 - Blinds, Curtains and Associated Products
LOT 12 - One stop Shop Furniture and associated products
LOT 13 - White Goods - Clinical e.g. Pharmacy fridges/freezers
LOT 14 - White Goods - Domestic and Commercial e.g. fridge freezers, washing machines and tumble dryers
LOT 15 - Smart vending solutions e.g. vending machines
LOT 16 - Water coolers
LOT 17 - Catering Equipment Solutions - Domestic
LOT 18 - Catering Equipment Solutions - Commercial
LOT 19 - Catering Equipment Solutions - Servicing and Maintenance
LOT 20 - Commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation
LOT 21 - Commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation - Servicing and Maintenance
