Welcome to our August 2025 framework agreement update.

Digital & IT Framework Agreement Update

Two of our new framework agreements, Digital Workplace Solutions 2 and Digital Dictation, Speech Recognition and Outsourced Transcription 2, will be launching later than planned as we work to meet new approval requirements as an NHS England accredited framework host.

If you require Digital Workplace Solutions in the meantime, our Cloud Solutions 2 Framework Agreement offers a like-for-like alternative for Software as a Service or Cloud based licenses.

If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Preparing for Winter: Discharge Services That Make a Difference

With flu, Covid-19, RSV, and potential industrial action looming, we’re urging trusts to plan early for winter pressures. Last year saw record hospitalisations and delayed discharges, with nearly 12,000 beds occupied by patients medically fit to leave.

In her latest blog, Category Manager Gabriella Coldrick explores how our Patient Discharge and Mental Health Step Down Beds (Care) Services Framework Agreement can help free up capacity, improve patient flow, and support care closer to home.

Coming Soon: Transportation and Travel Services for Health

We’re launching a new Transportation and Travel Services for Health Framework Agreement, designed to support non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS) across hospitals, health centres, nursing homes, hospices, and more.

With over 11 million patient journeys each year, this framework agreement will help trusts:

  • Access regional suppliers, supporting local businesses and reducing carbon footprints.
  • Align with NHS England’s net zero travel roadmap, including zero-emission vehicles.
  • Ensure robust patient safety protocols during transport.
  • Benefit from ongoing supplier assurance and financial due diligence.
