Welcome to our October 2025 framework agreement update.

New Framework Agreements

Transportation and Travel Services for Health
The Transportation and Travel Services for Health Framework Agreement is designed to support ambulance organisations, NHS hospitals, health centres, nursing homes, and hospices in delivering reliable non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS), to improve patient experience and support continuity of care. This provider selection regime (PSR) framework agreement provides access to patient-centred transport that minimises waiting times, keeps people informed and better integrates transport into the treatment pathway.

Digital Workplace Solutions 2
Digital transformation is needed across the NHS and wider public sector to modernise outdated processes and improve service delivery, but this can be challenging when legacy technology hinders progress. Our Digital Workplace Solutions 2 Framework Agreement provides the digital foundations to invest in transformation, offering a range of off-the-shelf and bespoke software that enables the shift towards digital operations.

Digital Dictation, Speech Recognition, and Outsourced Transcription Services 2
Digital dictation, speech recognition, and outsourced transcription services enhance productivity, accuracy, and service delivery across the NHS and wider public sector – supporting digital transformation and managing high volumes of documentation. Our Digital Dictation, Speech Recognition, and Outsourced Transcription Services 2 Framework Agreement is designed to support NHS trusts to deliver modern, efficient, and patient-focused care, and wider public sector organisations to modernise public services.
