The team is responsible for ensuring that framework agreement suppliers deliver high‑quality services and measurable performance improvements.

  • Identifying and delivering efficiency and savings opportunities across supplier contracts.
  • Ensuring contracts remain fit for purpose and aligned with NHS needs.
