CAPTURES CORE DISCIPLINES
With 11 lots, it captures all core disciplines, including multidisciplinary services. By leveraging the expertise of construction consultants, customers can ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards, while achieving broader social, economic, and environmental objectives.
PRICING OPTIONS
It includes three pricing options and capped rates to ensure you have cost certainty. You can choose from daily rates, RIBA percentages, and the Bluebook percentage specifically tailored for the NHS.
THE CONSTRUCTION PLAYBOOK
The framework agreement is in line with The Construction Playbook to ensure projects and programmes are correct from the start, and that the right people are involved to bring the expertise that is needed.
