Our Audio Visual Solutions and Integrated Operating Theatres 2 Framework Agreement supports both NHS and wider public sector organisations by providing access to a broad range of audio-visual and integrated technology solutions that enhance service delivery, collaboration, and operational efficiency. It includes:
- Audio Visual (AV) solutions that enhance communication, improve service delivery, and increase efficiency. Both AV and conferencing solutions support hybrid working, remote collaboration, and multi-site communication – ideal for public sector teams working across regions or departments.
- Digital signage and check-in systems that can be used in hospitals, doctors’ surgeries, libraries, community centres and more to streamline visitor management and improve user experience. These systems can serve as an effective wayfinding tool in large government buildings or hospitals, guiding visitors to their destinations, or allowing for quick updates of information, ensuring the public receives the latest news and announcements, unlike static displays.
- Integrated theatre systems, enabling streamlined collaboration by consolidating control of multiple devices, including imaging systems, monitors, lighting, and data sources, onto a single, user-friendly interface, enhancing efficiency, safety, and collaboration during surgical procedures. An integrated operating room requires less time to prepare for surgery than a typical operating room due to direct connectivity with other hospital equipment, devices and information systems, enhancing efficiency, communication, and overall performance during surgical procedures.
