Health Framework Agreements
The Health Procurement Solutions Team provides clinical and procurement expertise aligned to the current and future needs of the NHS.

Our vision is to deliver quality solutions, best value, and savings to our customers. We do this by offering a portfolio of well-established framework agreements and full end-to-end procurement support designed to meet the needs of the NHS.
Our framework agreements are easy to use, offer a compliant route to market, are flexible (direct award and further competition award options available) and are supported by a dedicated team of category experts who can guide you along your procurement journey. Clinical experts, who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the NHS are also on hand to offer advice and support.
We are always working to improve our offering by routinely engaging with our stakeholders. We collaborate strategically with stakeholders at all levels with a focus on quality, best value, social value, and sustainability.
Our award-winning framework agreements cover a wide range of health-related goods and services. Further details can be found by accessing the links below.
Our framework agreements are procured in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015. We expect them to remain a complaint route to market until they reach the framework agreement expiry date, and we will continue to support customers as they procure under current regulations or the upcoming Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 as appropriate. If you have any questions, please contact the team.

Team Achievements
![]() | We are so proud and absolutely thrilled to have scooped the Health Business 2022 'Hospital Procurement Award' in recognition of procurement excellence and cost-effectiveness which our Advanced Wound Care & Lymphoedema Products and Services Framework Agreement delivers. It has introduced new specialist companies to the NHS through the digital wound care and total managed services on offer. They, in turn, bring innovation in digital healthcare and new ways of working. With Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) linking social care and acute care, the framework agreement can aid the delivery of integrated care pathways as solutions offered lend themselves well to consolidating and standardising practice across an ICS. |
