Digital and IT Framework Agreements

Our vision is to help the NHS and wider Public Sector across the UK improve patient and social care through use of technology and achieve data-driven digital transformation. We aim to enable government to leverage, through compliant procurement and 3rd party supply chain, its investments in the health and social care system to enhance digital capability & resilience at national, regional and local level.

We offer rich, insightful, leading edge, value based, policy aligned solutions. Our UK Public Sector ICT spend under management is hundreds of millions of pounds across a category portfolio of ten technology framework agreements covering a range of product and service areas: Cloud, Cyber Security, Digital Workplace, Consultancy, Technology Enabled Care and Healthcare Clinical Tech. Customers achieve significant savings by using our frameworks and can be assured that awarded suppliers have been reviewed and assured using stringent quality metrics.

We act as a trusted commercial 'go to' partner for the NHS and healthcare system at national, regional and local levels. We collaborate strategically with suppliers, such as global tech brands and innovative SMEs, to support and enhance their commercial go-to market supply strategy. We work alongside partners, such as NHS Digital, NHS X, NHS England and Improvement (NHE E/I), Academic Health Science Networks (AHSNs) and North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), to co-create collaborative, transformative solutions for the NHS and wider Public Sector.
